Yes — every new account gets a 1-year trial with every app module unlocked, no credit card required. Cloud features (cloud backup, Full Online, domain & email) are not part of the trial. After that, your account continues on the Free plan with fewer modules — the app keeps working, and it never locks you out. Your books carry on unchanged year after year: last year's transactions, contacts, and reports stay in the same book, and nothing is archived or deleted. Upgrading later adds features to the books you already have. Moving books to the Full Online plan is one-way: online books cannot be moved back into books on your device.
Paid plans have no trial period and are non-refundable, except for billing errors, duplicate payments, payments received after your account was deleted, or where refunds are required by law. You can try every app module for free with the 1-year trial (cloud features such as backup and Full Online are not included in the trial). Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
