ReyukoTerms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reyuko, a business management and accounting application provided by Reyuko ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Reyuko, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Reyuko provides tools for document management, product/inventory catalog, purchasing, sales, and double-entry accounting for small and medium businesses, delivered as a desktop application with optional cloud-connected features (multi-device sync, encrypted backup, AI-assisted reporting and support, license management).
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including any Google account used for Sign-In) and for all activity under your account. Each Reyuko account represents one business ("tenant"); you may invite additional users to your tenant subject to your subscription plan's user limits.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Reyuko is offered under multiple plans, including a free tier and paid subscription tiers billed monthly or yearly. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, including Xendit for Southeast Asia and a Merchant of Record for international customers; taxes (e.g. VAT/PPN/GST) may be added where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into Reyuko (contacts, transactions, financial records, and similar content). We do not claim ownership of your data, and we only access it as needed to provide the Service, respond to a support request you initiate, or as required by law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including for accounting and tax-reporting purposes — Reyuko is a tool to help you keep records, not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent license activation or usage limits; reverse-engineer the application beyond what is permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
6. Third-party services
Certain features rely on third-party providers (Google Sign-In, Xendit, Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Anthropic). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective third party's own terms.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep cloud-connected features available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Local desktop functionality (data entry, local reporting) does not require an internet connection and is not affected by cloud service interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
Reyuko and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reyuko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Reyuko's branding or trademarks except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyuko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses resulting from data entry errors, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing issues. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or fail to pay applicable fees, after reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
13. Not professional advice
Reyuko is accounting and business-management software. It helps you record transactions, organize documents, and generate reports, but it does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a registered public accountant, tax agent, or financial advisor. Any figures, tax calculations, financial statements, or report templates produced by the Service — including AI-assisted narration or suggestions — are provided for your convenience only and may not reflect the rules that apply to your specific situation, industry, or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of your records, for the correctness of any tax return or statutory filing, and for consulting a qualified professional (accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer) where appropriate. Reyuko is not responsible for penalties, interest, misfiling, or other losses resulting from reliance on the Service without independent professional verification.
14. Your responsibilities
You agree to: (a) enter accurate and complete data and keep it up to date; (b) comply with all laws applicable to your business, including tax, invoicing, e-invoicing, and record-keeping laws; (c) maintain your own backups of important data, especially on the free plan, which stores data locally on your device and does not include cloud backup; (d) keep your device, operating system, and the Reyuko application reasonably secure and updated; and (e) ensure that anyone you invite to your account complies with these Terms. Loss of a local device, disk failure, or uninstalling the application may result in loss of locally stored data for which Reyuko is not responsible unless you use a paid plan that includes cloud backup.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected, or that any report or calculation will meet the requirements of your accountant, auditor, or tax authority. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reyuko and its officers, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or of any law, or the data or content you enter into the Service.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing cloud-connected features caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, failures of third-party providers, natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or labor disputes. Local desktop functionality remains available offline during such events.
18. Assignment, severability & entire agreement
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. No failure to enforce a provision is a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Reyuko regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
19. Export & sanctions compliance
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service from, a country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted-party or denied-persons list. You agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws in your use of the Service.
