Refund Policy

Effective date: 11 July 2026 · Last updated: 11 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains when a payment for a paid Reyuko plan is refunded and how to request it. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Xendit (Southeast Asia) or by Creem as Merchant of Record (international customers).

1. Free plan and 1-year trial

Reyuko offers a Free plan and, for every new account, a 1-year trial with every app module unlocked. Neither requires payment details, so there is nothing to refund. The trial does not include cloud features (cloud backup, Full Online, domain & email); those are only available on paid plans.

2. No trial period and no refunds for paid plans

Paid plans have no trial period and are non-refundable, except for billing errors, duplicate payments, payments received after your account was deleted, or where refunds are required by law. You can try every app module for free with the 1-year trial (cloud features such as backup and Full Online are not included in the trial).

3. Cancellations and renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward — you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.

Renewal charges are non-refundable under Section 2. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.

4. When we do refund

We refund a payment, in full or in the affected part, in these cases only: (a) billing errors — you were charged the wrong amount, for a plan you did not choose, or a charge you did not authorize; (b) duplicate payments — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period; (c) payments received after your account was deleted — such a payment is not applied to any account and is refunded case by case; (d) where a refund is required by law (see Section 10). Contact us and we will check the payment and, where one of these cases applies, issue the refund.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@reyuko.net from the email address associated with your account, and include your account email and, if available, the invoice or transaction reference. Refunds under Section 4 are returned to your original payment method by our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take a few business days.

6. Add-ons, domain & email

Add-ons follow the same rule as paid plans. In addition, once a domain is registered or an email mailbox is created on your behalf (including the domain included with Full Online billed yearly), the registration fee and the current term cannot be reversed even where Section 4 applies to the rest of the payment.

7. Partial periods and pro-ration

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Upgrades and downgrades between plans take effect according to the options shown at the time of the change. If you move from Full Online to another plan, the online books are closed as soon as the plan changes.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@reyuko.net — billing errors and duplicate payments are refunded under Section 4. You keep the right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. For international purchases, disputes are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record under its own procedures.

9. Refund timelines

Once a refund is approved, we (or our payment processor / Merchant of Record) submit it to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider, and typically takes between a few business days and up to two weeks. Taxes collected on a refunded transaction are returned together with the refund where applicable.

10. Statutory and consumer-withdrawal rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you have under consumer-protection law that applies to you — for example, the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union and some other regions. Where such a right applies, it prevails over Sections 2–7. Where the law allows the right of withdrawal to be lost once you ask for immediate access to a digital service and acknowledge that loss, that rule applies as the law permits.
